Pneumatics for electronics and precision assembly.

Small assembly and test stations often need short actuator travel, an accessible pressure setting and clear pressure feedback. Match the circuit to the fixture and process instead of choosing components by port size alone.

Where pneumatics fit.

Compact fixture movements

Short-body actuators can move locating pins, stops or clamps where space is limited. Check the required stroke and the clearance around the moving mechanism.

Pressure adjustment

A precision regulator allows fine adjustment of the pneumatic circuit. Define the required pressure range and flow for the connected device.

Pressure monitoring

A pressure switch can provide a display and electrical signal to the machine controls. Specify the input range and output type that the controller expects.

HIR precision regulators

Set circuit pressure

HIR provides fine pressure adjustment with separate pilot and main vents. Choose the body size, setting range and control configuration.

HCQ2 compact cylinders

Fit short linear motions

HCQ2 provides double-acting motion in a short body. Check the bore, stroke, mounting and rod-end thread against the fixture drawing.

NP pressure switches

Read pressure and signal status

NP combines a dual-screen display with selectable outputs. Match the pressure-input range, media version and electrical output to the circuit.

Other air preparation options.

  • HDAFM mist separators

For a circuit that requires mist filtration, compare the HDAFM30/40 processing limits and initially filtered inlet-air requirement. Confirm the fixture air-quality specification separately.
